Approvals within New Zealand
If you would like to see a cowhide rug or other Gorgeous Creatures product in your own home, we can lend them to you for up to 3 days. We will hold your credit card details until you decide if you want to go ahead. There is no obligation to buy. We understand that investing in a cowhide can be a large commitment both emotionally and financially. You need to be sure you are making the right choice. The limit for approvals is three items at a time.
Gorgeous Creatures will happily deliver or freight your choices anywhere in New Zealand on approval. The catch is that if you want to return the items, then you are responsible for paying for the return track & trace courier back to the Gorgeous Creatures showroom in Auckland regardless of whether you purchase any items or not. This is your part in the two way relationship of trust and honesty.

Approvals outside New Zealand to international customers
If you would like to see a cowhide rug or Gorgeous Creatures product in your own home, the only way is to purchase a cowhide or other product through the website. If you do not like it when you receive it, notify us that you want to return it within 3 days of it's arrival and
send back to us within 7 days. The cowhide or product must be in the same ‘new’ condition as you received it from Gorgeous Creatures. You will need to pay for the return courier to Auckland, New Zealand with tracking and insurance. Once it arrives, we will then refund the purchase price onto your credit card (not the cost of freight).
